Woodland Apartments

"Loved living here for most of the almost 15 years being there. Miss the little side yard that we had set up w/ our grill and picnic table with my wife's flower garden she planted. Was ready to leave when we moved about a year and a half ago, but still miss it from time to time, especially during the cold season because it was so cozy."

"BEWARE. Had a family member rent a one bedroom apartment here for 2 months. When they left they moved all their things out and completely cleaned the apartment, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. The owner sent a deposit check back but withheld $300 without any reasoning. The check stated something like “by cashing this check you agree to the terms of the move out. They did not cash they check and contacted the owner to ask why. Only then did they receive a report saying the apartment was dirty, had to be vacuumed and mopped, the toilet was dirty inside and out, the bathroom fan was dusty, even claimed the bathroom ceiling needed to be painted. Without any proof that it was spotless when they left, they were screwed out of the $300.00. Mind you they lived there for 2 months. I will not and do not recommend this complex to anyone as the owner is less than honest as the owner fraudulently changed the exit paperwork to show things as dirty from clean or good that was originally indicated on the exit paperwork when the exit walk through was completed. I have copies of both of the documents, original vs altered, to prove this."
