I have been a salesman my entire professional life and have had the need to use car rental services for many years. Never a favorite 'adventure' and, quite honestly, they all offer a very similar experience...until now !!! St. Albans Rental Car truly stands out as the premier car rental company for a variety of reasons. All of the Toyota vehicles are immaculate and smoke-free and when I rent during the winter months the cars all have 4 snow tires...this is huge. The app is very easy to use and I can make all of my arrangements from the comfort of my office before I leave on my trip. However, what I find most amazing and convenient is that they offer free valet service...when I arrive at the airport, they are there waiting for me with my car...all at no additional charge and they also offer free pick-up and drop-off. This is the ultimate hassle-free experience, especially for an old road-warrior like me! Of course all of this would be relatively unimportant if their rates were not competitive. Well, they are very competitive...clearly lower than all of the national brands and they also offer free unlimited mileage and free 24/7 roadside assistance. "My family and I had an excellent experience renting an SUV and with our representative Eroll as well as the driver who dropped off our vehicle. They were very accommodating dropping our vehicle off at Smuggler’s Notch and allowing us to drop it back off at the Burlington Airport. They also didn’t have a problem when we surprisingly needed the vehicle an additional night after our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night. Without them we would have had to sleep at the airport with 2 young kids. Thank you for the clean vehicle and fabulous service. I would highly recommend!!!"
