"My unit (E4) had 5 cracks running throughout the concrete floor. In the rain, this unit flooded (as well as the 5 adjoining units). The bypass drains down into the storage unit facility, making the situation even worse. Owners would not refund any storage fees and I lost thousands of dollars worth of belongings. What did they do? They helped me pull all of my belongings out of the unit and into the parking lot. They put a barn fan inside to dry out the unit. But that did not prevent it from flooding again which it did repeatedly. I lost a day of work because I had to sit with my belongings in the sun while they dried. Avoid this facility if you value your belongings."
