"Nice park with an open field and playground for kids. Nice are showers too! Was a bit disappointed about the no drone rule. The staff were friendly. We’d stay here again!"
"Super clean park. Very kind and helpful owners. The sites are nice and level. There are many rules like a fee for checking in early or $5 for every guest and $5 for an extra car. At first I thought this was over the top but it seems most of the other parks we have stayed in recently have these same rules. It also helps to keep the park a little more quiet in the evening since guests must leave by a certain time. They have a nice dog park and are close to the river. They rent kayaks and river tubes. There are 2 pools and a nice store. A very nice stay."
"Very disappointed in their refund policy. Unfortunately we had to cancel over 7 weeks in advance. We were charged $25 cancellation fee which we expected. What we didn't expect was no return of our reserved site fee plus a "booking fee". We were not advised of any of these nonrefundable fees. The total cancellation fee was $55.00 which should have been $25. The sites are between $62-67 so basically they received about 85% of a 1 night stay. Considering the length of time we informed them of our cancellation they will have plenty of time to rebook the site. For future reference be VERY clear that ALL your cancellation charges are listed. Regardless this is a very bad business practice. I did let the campground know my feelings before posting but they could not take the time to respond."
"Hands down the best campground absolute ever!! We survived the 2023 Flood at this family’s place. We was 116 on the river. Well we had to move and fast. And the owners couldn’t been more helpful. They got everyone to higher grounds didn’t matter where. We were safe and all pets and kiddos were safe. Highly recommend if i could give 100 stars, I would!! Patrick is the man right along his wife and friends and family! Thanks for keeping us safe. 116- 211!"
"We have been touring New England for three weeks and this has been my favorite campsite by far! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are well designed and immaculate, and I love the idea of a quiet pool! The views are lovely and you're not too far from a town for essentials whilst still feeling in the country. I can't recommend this place enough!"
