"This is a fantastic cocktail bar with a fun vibe. I was thrilled with my drink recommendation from the bartender. He was able to answer questions about the different drinks and how their liquor works with the flavors. There is a section in the front to buy fun bar accessories. I would return and I highly recommend this spot!"
"Stopped in with my girlfriend on a Wednesday afternoon and the two gentlemen running the tasting room were fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable, with both their spirits and other products made by local distillers. They even recommended places to eat in the area and all their recommendations were spot on. Their spirits, especially the rum, were excellent. And the specialty cocktails on the drink list were great. Best bitters selection in the state!"
"We visited the Mad River distillery on our recent trip. This place is a short walk from Lake Champlain's waterfront park. We wished to experience the $8 tastings that they offered. They offered a unique and wide range of selections from vanilla rum to corn whisky. All the drinks tasted great and were really strong. You can even share the 4 tasters amongst two or more of you if you wish. The person serving us was very knowledgeable and friendly! We also tried the cheese platter which was great."

"Stumbled in just walking around town and so happy we did. It's my wife's birthday, so we did a flight of every rum and whiskey they currently have. Jesse was amazing at describing each libation, from the process to ingredients to flavors. Seriously, I haven't had someone so knowledgeable about their craft and products outside of Kentucky. He then made me the best Old Fashion I have ever had using the Hopscotch single malt whiskey (love!!!). Then he made my wife a custom birthday Old Fashioned. I couldn't give a bigger recommendation. This is a must stop in Burlington!"
