"Ok this the worst usps office i have ever seen ,crazy lazy grumpy staff holding our mail without even notifying us ,leaving our mail box open on a rainy day for our mail to get wet and ruined all the time ,keep complaining none happen ,staff si lazy needs an hour lunch break what a joke"

"*UPDATE* I have to say the newest postal guy on our route is really good now!! You better keep this guy!!!!~~~ *Original*THE worst delivery people EVER!!! Every winter like clockwork they fail to deliver my packages/mail, because supposedly they can't access the house! Yet somehow EVERY other delivery service AND food delivery have no problem whatsoever. Laziness is obviously their problem. I work outside in terrible conditions, and still do MY job."

"They constantly mix up my mail with the same number house from a different street. I get their mail, they get my mail. We have to keep delivering each others' mail because the USPS delivery drivers can't take 2 seconds to verify the street is correct. I also frequently get my neighbor's mail."

"This has been the tenth time the driver has not picked up my mail while my flag is up but proceeds to throw my mail all the way in the back of my mailbox it literally takes two seconds to pick up my mail and the neighbors. I will be at the postal service to file a complaint. Its literally the easiest job ever and take two seconds to get peoples mail out of the mailbox."

"Not sure why this branch has suck a low rating? They are always helpful and courteous when I come in. I guess you get what you give and I can only assume that these reviewers were not at the same location I go to. Top knotch service at the Northwood facility including the new postmaster she heat !"
