"I've been bouncing in and out of Burlington yoga studios for 15 years. I wouldn't call myself an avid or consistent yogi, but I do value how yoga brings me out of the stress and bustle of everyday life and back into my body. I walked into Second Circle at the recommendation of a friend and had that feeling of home. I've taken classes from four instructors and all three styles offered. Each teacher has their own vibe, but one that contributes to the depth and story of the studio. Kyle's flow classes are my current favorite. His class fuses humor with alignment, balances tension with ease. He addresses the narrative playing in the oh so serious yogi brain and reminds you to smile. Yoga can be intimidating, exclusive and a straight path to "less than" when in the wrong space. Second Circle is warm, inviting, inclusive and accommodating to all levels. You'll be neither cold nor disappointed."

"I've been going to Kyle and Maya's classes for about 6 weeks now. I've done the foundational class about 4 times and the flow (Leena) class once. I have to tell, I just love it. The room is wicked hot and the class is really fun. Both teachers bring a lot of brilliant energy into the class, there's a lot of very supportive instruction, and I feel like I've already grown a ton. I truly can't recommend it more highly. As a beginner, both Kyle and Maya (instructors) made sure to be available to answer my questions and were incredibly attentive to all the participants while teaching. Added bonus... Kyle and Maya are kind souls with a real talent for both hot yoga and making people feel comfortable/at home in their practice.
