"The mail carrier who is supposed to deliver to houses on Blueberry Ridge Rd. never delivers packages and even occasionally doesn't deliver the mail at all. She doesn't even stop at the mail box half the time and makes me and my family have to go to the post office to grab our mail and packages. We are pretty much paying shipping fees for literally nothing because of this"
"The woman who has delivered to Emerald Ridge Rd should be fired. Her "attempts to deliver" are absolute lies as our security cameras show her never coming in the first place. We've had packages just thrown in a snowbank and now mail being marked as delivered when it hasn't been delivered."
"Mail carrier “Shelly” Lied about our 6 month old puppy attacking her (wife and kids were in front yard when it allegedly occurred and she had no marks) gave us an order to adjust mailbox height and replace post that’s been fine for years until she had an issue with us calling her out for lying about dog incident. (Also should be noted that’s not an authority granted to carriers) we sold our house and moved about a month ago and somehow after we instructed and authorized our mail to be forwarded to our P.O. Box “Shelly” was able to have it held rather than be forwarded while we set up our new residency. Insufferable lady and terrible carrier."
"The staff in Newport are great and as helpful as they can be given what they have to work with. We went almost 2 weeks without mail delivery because there wasn't enough staff. That problem has been rectified, but they are still severely understaffed. This is not a problem just for the Newport, NH office. This is a systemic issue that has been created by Louis DeJoy who decided that the postal SERVICE should not be a service, but a for profit business that he has done everything in his power to destroy starting by sabotaging the Postal service back in 2020 to try to prevent voting by mail because it wouldn't help his political party. Ever since then, he's been removing needed equipment and making the service run on a shoestring. They don't pay workers enough, so it's no wonder there are shortages everywhere. It's a crime he is allowed to dismantle this service that has been in operation since 1775, and it's sad that we will be the generation that sees it die."
"The employees are great. The company itself needs a major overhaul. What's the reason for tracking when deliveries are 90% late. My package will sit in Nashua for a whole day before being shipped to Vermont and then back to NH again. Doesn't seem very efficient and I can't see how USPS saves money this way but whatever."
