"Rude customer service. woman took my order,Her name was Carol, she was rude and dismissive, and she squished my sandwhich. this is the second time she has made my order and been absolutely horrendous to me."

"Walked in and started my order and was welcomed and greeted very respectfully by a gentleman named David and kept a personal yet still professional conversation the whole time while my sandwich was being made, he definitely brightened my day with the conversation, and made me feel very comfortable compared to ordering at other restaurants and locations. "On Saturday my coworkers and I had bought three subs want to say it was right around 11:00 a.m., didn't have nothing but white bread , bread was hard as a rock, when call to complain about the bread and asked to speak to management we was told there's no Management on,the girl that answered the phone was awesome she was polite took our phone number was supposed to give me a call back about the Bread and sandwiches, here it is 5 days later still have not heard from them, not good customer service.. Promise I will never go to that particular place again, not the first time gotten hard bread, will be the last time.."
