"HORRIBLE!!! This place is the biggest joke of a dump I've seen. I've had to go there several times for the boss and it's a huge hassle everytime. You ask where things go, they tell you, then complain about how much you are dumping. Tell you nope can't put it there after they told you to put it there. Rude people and Horrible service. Definitely would Not recommend."

"First off, if you can help it, NEVER go here. These people are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’ve been a resident for years and every single time I have to go here to get rid of simple stuff it’s a hassle. They tell you to put stuff in one place, then yell at you for putting it there. Or “yeah you can dump that here” then after you unload it they’ll get mad at you and say you can’t dump it there. This place is a joke and the owner doesn’t care, he himself isn’t even a resident. 10/10 would NOT recommend"

"Provided my employment paperwork from the White Mountain National Forest. Including my NH EMT licensure and local bank account information (Mascoma in Bethlehem). I told this did not prove my residency. Not entirely sure what kind of standards you guys have, but I think they may be a bit too stringent."

"I deliver here often,the staff is polite and professional.the place is rather clean considering its a landfill. This is a financial benefit to the town of Bethlehem by having the landfill. No landfill would mean a huge tax increase to the residents."

"I'm still new to the town, but from what I've heard from this place is that they're doing an alright job considering everything. It sucks that people are coming out of the woodwork all angry because of something they should've thought more into. From what I've heard, it was a town decision to take the $20 million and let them build a landfill there, and for that I'm grateful Casella. I'm rather dissapointed in the town for what they're using that money for. Sub-par roads, lack of lighting on the public roads, and we don't even have a stop light. I don't believe Casella should get all the hate they're getting, and I will continue to use their services."
