When she couldn't locate the package, she went to her supervisor and then called me back to report the status. I am very appreciative of her customer service!"
"Older woman (whom I'll assume is the brunt of the bad press) handled my transaction. On the minus side - not very friendly but not rude. On the plus side - told me it would be a minute as she had to finish the transaction she was doing when I arrived. Completed that task and moved on to my shipment. As I had a prepaid label she asked if I wanted a receipt, printed one for me and told me to have a nice day. Efficient and no-nonsense! Not all people are the huggy type."
"Never felt so insulted by a business. Just went in here to check on the status of a tracking number that hadn’t updated in a while and wanted to know the physical location so I could just pick it up. “Candy Sue” told me it was “FedEx Ground” and not “FedEx” and I needed to go to the nearest FedEx Ground to ask them. She “didn’t have access” to the info I needed. Turns out the FedEx Ground she sent me to was a WAREHOUSE. An employee-only entry, guarded with large fences and clearly not for the public to be at. I still have no idea where my package is and have no where else to go."
