Reviews
"I go to this post office almost daily. The employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to provide good service. Anyone can have a bad day, which may explain some of the other less positive reviews, but my experience of this USPS branch has regularly been really great."
"Have had great experiences with this post office. Both the rural carriers and the office staff have gone above and beyond on multiple instances. I wish all post offices were this friendly and accommodating."
"Use UPS, use FedEx, use a bear riding a unicycle who delivers packages as a side gig. Use anything other than USPS if you live in Ashland. I can't even begin to count the number of times USPS said a delivery was attempted, but they didn't even bother coming to the door."
"Very frustrated with the service I received today at the Ashland, NH location. My husband attempted to pick up a package that he received notification of delivery and was told that it hadn’t arrived yet and UPS had incorrectly marked it as delivered. I called approximately 1-2 hours later and was told the package had been received several hours earlier and they weren’t sure why my husband had been told his package wasn’t available for pickup. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this post office. There are some wonderful employees at this location that deliver excellent customer service, unfortunately the rest of them don’t seem interested in doing the bare minimum required to do their jobs."
"Had a piece of mail sent there by accident. Went there and was told it was not there and had been forwarded to my current post office. Checked with current post office not there. Checked with sender they verified it was there in Ashland. Sender sending a new item. Lacking integrity."
