"Staff goes above and beyond even during the busiest periods. Thank you."
"I love having our own Post Office right here in Franconia! Everyone there is friendly and welcoming! It’s a gathering place where you see the familiar faces of the town."
"Lori and the girls have been doing a excellent job at Franconia PO friendly and helpful !"
"I have had four packages in a row returned to seller. I installed a mailbox. It didn't matter, they religiously return the packages to sender like there is no reason for them to even be delivered despite paying for the delivery not only via postage, but via taxes. This would never happen if postal service was privatized."
"Extremely unhelpful and rude employees. I moved to town for short term work and set up a PO Box temporarily for the stay. Each time I went there the workers said there was no package there for me even though I had the tracking number and the information that the package had been delivered to the post office that day. After standing my ground that i knew the package was there and showing them the tracking information they went in the back and magically found it. This happened multiple times to the point where I stopped ordering things online because I did not want to deal with the rude standoffish employees. When I went to cancel the PO Box the employee said this wasn’t a possibility and you can’t just set one up and get rid of it, so I brought the form that the SAME employee wrote and signed 3 months earlier stating the termination of the PO Box at this time. Loved this area, but happy to be done with the employees at that post office. Terrible experience. If you’re that miserable dealing with customers and helping people, maybe consider getting a new job!"
