"I went to this post office to apply for my passport. Online the hours are posted as 9am-2pm. I walk in at 1:30 and the hours are confirmed as 9am-2pm again. I picked up the application and wait my turn to get to the counter and the woman confirms that the hours for passports is in fact 9am-2pm. She then told me that they only do passports with 2 employees at the counter and since 1 person leaves at 1:15 they can't do passports after 1:15. So I took half the day off from work to get my passport and I was turned away even though I arrived during their posted hours. Waste of my time."
