"One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. Was told to upgrade delivery in order to change the delivery date. I did. They pick a random date without consulting with my availability. I have called four times and informed that that the scheduled delivery date and time do not work as no one will be available to receive the delivery nor sign for the delivery. They refuse to reschedule. Awful customer service. The option they gave me was to go pick it up in their warehouse in Concorn, NH. Gee, thanks..."

"Totally unprofessional! Tried to have a Nordictrack treadmill delivered three times and kept coming damaged. The first time there were apparent forklift marks that pierced through the box and bent the entire frame. I called to speak with a customer service rep and was spoken over repeatedly and told that it was the vendors fault and that there was nothing Ship Right could do for me and hung up the phone. This company definitely does not care about their customers or the quality of service they are providing. Stay away!!"

"I had a great experience with the ShipRight team. My husband ordered a piece of exercise equipment that was supposed to be delivered by another company over a month ago. We had a lot of difficulty with that company and the delivery service ended up being switched over to the ShipRight team. They were very responsive when scheduling our delivery and followed through with what they said they would do (which many companies are not doing now with covid). Two people showed up to install the equipment, but it was very heavy. They were unable to lift the extremely heavy equipment with just two people, so two more people showed up to help. Though the equipment was very heavy and our home is not set up well for moving heavy items to the top floor, the ShipRight team made it work. They went above and beyond to deliver what we needed. I was very pleased with their services."

"During this crazy COVID time and waiting on deliveries - when a piece of furniture FINALLY arrives - nothing can be worse than a bad or delayed delivery! WONT HAPPEN WITH SHIP RIGHT! Not only were they on time, polite, respectful and clean, they were kind! I had called when the delivery window was scheduled and needed the earlier part of this window. James (the supervisor) was very understanding and said he would do his very best and alert the delivery team of my needs. They came thru as promised and I not only am loving my new dining room table but was able to make my appointment as well. I will definitely use and recommend this company for future shipping needs!
