"Twice, I've had problems there one with a female manager and 1 with a male manager at the window this time, I had an egg sandwich that was full of shells and I pointed it out to him, and he says we'll use real eggs. What do you want me to do? And it was a snappy attitude. Same thing with the problem I had last week. So I will not be going back. But it's unfortunate that a new restaurant like that loses a customer right off the bat."

"Absolutely incredible fast food. Fries were the best I've had. The burgers were freshly made. Inside looked great. I miss this Wendy's already!!"

"I don't know the name of our server but they handled our very large order with ease. They also put the order together and was very polite through the entire process despite the drive thru and door dash. They made our experience a happy one!! It was also later in the evening! Great job to the manager for hiring pleasant workers! We appreciate it!"

"This place is BEAUTIFUL. The architecture is gorgeous and the employees were very polite and served us quickly. I'm a big fan of coke machines because who doesn't love cherry vanilla doctor pepper?? So that was a plus! Only downside is it was very hot in there but it's fast food"

"The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because the food that I did get was hot and delicious. I order through the mobile app. 3 items. Only one of those items was made correctly. Two orders of chili cheese fries and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. ONE of the chili cheese fries was done to perfection. The other fries were missing the cheese and I didn't even get the Burger. My mistake taking the server at the windows Word that everything was in the bag when I asked specifically if it was all there. I should have looked. I waited for more than 15 minutes in the drive thru line but I was ok with it because the entire world is short staffed right now and I understand. But when only one of my short 3 item order was correct I'm not happy. I even called the store and told them and the guy I spoke with asked if id be back to the store to which i said No because I was already home and my sitter had left and he replied with an "ok what do you want me to do?" Not great customer service from the new Wendy's, food was hot and good but not worth a second trip anytime soon."
