Reviews
"Signing up was super efficient and easy, and I got my cards immediately. They are a far cry from Massachusetts Delta Dental—a completely different entity— which is pathetically mismanaged. Northeast Delta Dental has kept their end of the bargain in terms of coverage and ease of use. Very pleased."
"Delta's dental coverage is terrible. The only upside is that I receive partial payment (this means less than 50%) of some, but not all, dental care, via an employer-paid plan. When Delta denies claims, the denial is always annotated "This claim has been reviewed by a dentist." So far, two reputable dentists have said flatly that this statement is an out-and-out lie. Who needs teeth anyway?!"
"What an awful experience trying to cancel my coverage. 3 months later and they're still debiting my account. Now I'm told we never received your request. Very convenient on their part. Certainly not worth the auto pay convenience."
"I was told to sign up through DD because there was no waiting period for you're benefits well to my surprise I have to wait 6 months before I can have anything done to my mouth so there for im payi g for something I can't use."
"If I could give them zero stars I would. They will do anything to not cover claims even ones their consults deem necessary to have. Why have insurance if claims won’t be covered? When asking for better explanations to why it’s not covered they don’t know and will not offer any. I also asked to speak with a manager but “none were available” after many calls. I asked if one could call me back at a later time three times. I still have yet to hear from a manager."
