"I am so frustrated with this service! I never go out of my way to submit reviews, but I cant handle this anymore! They want a receipt for EVERYTHING, and unless you have access to a computer and time to waste scanning and sending things in, its very inconvenient. I recently went to Convenient MD and P&A Dermatology and had a $15 copay at both, obviously its a copay, why do you need a receipt for it all? and you can NOT simply take a picture of the receipt with you phone and upload it, because it can not be more than 2MB in size, and guess what, the photos are larger than that on the phone. And then if you finally get the chance to upload and send everything in, its not what they are looking for and cant pay for it (and unfortunately, sometimes that is the only receipt the provider can give me) I am beyond frustrated with this, not to mention, its my money!"
