For 3 years I have been reaching out for this to be corrected with Tax Check and have been ignored via text, email, and voice mails. Like I said, at first glance things are amazing, but underneath it all, I received no help when I truly needed, and am very disappointed."
"Terrible place. I came here last year (new to the state and trusted a friend)...the amount they took out was crazy...more than the major names. This year against better judgment I went back. DONT DO IT!!! There were 3 people in the office when I arrived and the same 3 people were waiting to be served 2hrs later when I finally decided that I had enough. They say they offer transportation...NOT TRUE. They give you a day and time to come back...YOU STILL GOTTA WAIT FOR THEM TO FINISH EATING...FINISH CONVERSATIONS...They have absolutely no respect for people time. I got my paperwork and decided to go where I'm respected as a person and a valued customer. Nice smile means nothing if you dont value the same people supporting your business."
