"I scheduled a pick up to the airport at 7:45 am, after confirming with me and assuring he would be ther, not only I called when he was late I actually woke him up saying “he didn’t know he had to pick me up”. He shows up an hour late in a beated up car, as dirty as it can be with cigarette smell and trash in the back seat and drops me off in the airport after I missed my flight. It made lose my connecting flight and a whole day of work. I would have cancelled the whole ride but there was not other taxi service in the area that could have picked me up faster with last minute call, believe I tried. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!"

"Tried to book a ride with this place at 7:00am Sat. Morning, just to run me to the store ( mobile on pleasant st. From 52 Central st. And back) He told me he had lots of bookings this am .. I told him I could wait until this afternoon, then he said " he really didn't like to service ppl. In Claremont!! I told him he should change his advertisement to say that"!! And I hung up. I guess I won't be using this service!!! RUDE EMPLOYER!!!!"

"I had a very nice experience with this service. The voice on the other end of the phone was very cordial and he was there when he told me he'd be there. I ended up using these guys several times over the weekend and I got where I needed to go in a timely fashion, without any issues. I'd use them again, without hesitation."
