"There only their for school kids ,screw the public.Kids have school busses,community transportation,and there parents to bring kids to school and the public has to suffer.Every time we call them they have to bring kids to school.They say it will be 2 or 3 hours before you can get a cab.Evn days when kids don't go to school."
"Called to book a ride from Newport to the Claremont Amtrak station 2 weeks in advance and were told everything was set. Fast forward to the day of and they didn't show up. First call to them 10 minutes late they didn't pick up. Second call 20 minutes late and they had no idea about our ride. The people we dealt with on the phone were relatively pleasant but I don't think I could ever trust Best again for any time-sensitive ride."
