"This motel is a little bit out of town between manchester and east dorset so theres no walking to dinner or into town to enjoy shopping but it was clean and simple for a quick stay over. For budget conscious guests its a good local find."

"Owner-operators NOT honest. Ask the locals in the community about the reputation of the motel. NO HEAT in a motel room for my guest. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER. Water treated with something that leaves your skin feeling oily. Reporting the FACTS. The owner-operator was nice 14 years ago. Now hardly anyone stays there. Again, ask the locals."

"This place is clean and amazing for the price. Room was huge for two double beds. VERY clean. We locked ourselves out twice and Sam was the best."

"This Motel is near the center of Manchester which makes it an excellent choice. The rooms have been renovated and are clean and spacious. We were able to stay with our large Chocolate Lab. The only complaint is the total lack of service or welcome from the owners. May be a personality issue."

"I found this was a hidden gem of a motel when I stayed there last Saturday night. As a woman traveling alone, I always appreciate finding a place where I feel safe and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and staff people were friendly. The key card worked well. The room was spacious and very clean and didn't reek of cleaning chemicals. The bedding was lovely - fresh and clean with lots of pillows - and the bed was comfortable. Big TV in the room with lots of channels, windows easy to open and close, and an in-room microwave and mini fridge. The closet was huge! When I turned on the fan or the air conditioning it didn't make a lot of noise so I could sleep! I've stayed in some two star hotels that really deserved one star - but this two star hotel really deserves a higher grade!"
