"If I could give fewer I would. Booked a room in March for 1 night to attend a concert at Shelburne Museum on July 22nd. Received a phone call tonight (7/19) at 6 pm asking if we had cancelled the room. I said no, we were looking forward to the concert. The woman said that unfortunately the room had been rented for the week, the other people were already there, and they had no other rooms available. We are now scrambling to find another room since we live in NY."

"The room has not been updated or had repairs. The curtains were old, ragged and torn. The burrow was missing handles and one drawer was taped shut. Light switch covers broken. One of the beds was awful as there was no more bounce, very flat and hard to sleep on. Paint was peeling from the walls. Now the owner on the other hand was very nice, caring and attentive when I needed anything. I had also miscalculated the time I payed to stay and when I would get paid again to stay longer by 1 day and was allowed to stay a night for free. The location was nice with lots of places to visit, restaurants, shopping etc. without having to drive to far. There was no daily room cleaning with extended stay but it was very easy to get things I needed more of such as towels or linens."

""non-smoking" rooms but the rooms smell like smoke because people smoke outside the rooms and all the smoke floats into the rooms. It was pretty disgusting for non-smokers. The ashtrays outside the rooms are literally full of butts. The only reason I have an issue with this is because they are advertised as non-smoking rooms."

"No smokeing rooms but smells like old stail cigarette smoke. Rug is damaged in spots . furnature is damaged. And lamp cords are taped up as if they been micky moused repaired. Outlets lol lets not go there. Heat is on 75 but yet heater been running for over an hour and hasnt warmed up yet. And sounds like an air compressor filling up. The only good sides are there cable flat screen tvs . and a kitchen-ish electric stove sink mini fridge. Outdated microwave. And a tiny outdated coffee pot ."
