"I simply just love Blockhouse studio! I took my first class this January 2021 and have been taking classes ever since. Pam, the owner is so friendly, and her instructors are awesome. Who knew how challenging it would be to center your clay on the wheel, but keeping at it is worth it. The classes offer the option to come in and practice during open studio, which is also a great way to meet like minded people, who like me, love to play with clay. The store has a great selection of pottery made by local artists as well as pampering goodies such as locally made chocolate, scented candles, lotions and more…. Definitely worth stopping by if you are vacationing. Did I mention that you can sign up for a family and friends private workshop and get to bring home your first ever handmade mug?
