"I had occasion to deal with the Plattsburgh United Ag & Turf dealership when I was looking for a sand spreader for my J Deere tractor. When the spreader showed up, it was the wrong unit. A miscommunication - arguably my fault or theirs - but that was never even brought up. They jumped through hoops to make it right, finding a replacement sand spreader *in December*, eating the original unit, and probably losing money on the transaction. I was not a long time customer. This was my first transaction with them. It will not be my last. My next tractor purchase will be with this dealership. Nice people. Customer focused."

The other day we had to take the gator there because of an issue we had with it they fixed it quickly and had us on our way within 15 minutes no charge for the services. The mechanics and sales people are very well trained and eager to help to solve any problem you have. Their parts department is extensive and they also sell collectible diecast John Deere tractors trucks and such. Stop in you'll be glad you did"
