"I have been sending my dogs there off and on for over a year. She has made several last minute cancellations, but things happen and I have overlooked this. Today, I took our dog to her with an 1130 pick up time. I explained that I would be going to NY and my 17 yr old would pick her up. Well, my kid was late getting her & didn’t arrive until 11:55. The owner cussed out my kid, threw the leash at her, saying that she wasted half her day because of her & to never come back. Needless to say we will NEVER go back and I recommend that others don’t either. If she’s willing to treat a kid this way, then I hate to see how she treats animals behind closed doors! My dog looks like she was scalped and has been hiding since she got home."
