"I had to call myself to get my MRI ordered because they never sent info to get it sheduled, then i was told i would be set up to see another dr to get plasma injections in my knee and NOT to call them, they would call me,of course they never did,i see by laurens review below its a pattern of saying " DONT CALL US" Then not calling back!!!"
"July 2020: Smart, detail-oriented, caring and experienced - are some of the words which come to mind when I reflect upon my total knee replacement surgery this June, from VOC and RRMC. Both are excellent. My surgery was originally scheduled for April, but Covid postponed it. Initially I was concerned about exposure in late June, but when I saw the efforts everyone made, I was greatly comforted. It’s been nearly 2 wks since surgery, and my rehab is proceeding forward smoothly. May 5, 2021 edit: have now been skiing 50+ times since November, including recent bump skiing, and my knee did great! I’m learning to trust it more than my other one. No pain unless it’s a full day of bump skiing, and that gives everyone pain. Dec 12, 2023 edit: New knee still skiing well. (apprx 80 days/yr) Now my other (real) knee is starting to ask: "what about me?""
"Called regarding a referral that was not schedule. Spoke with a medical assistant who was so helpful even though I was a bit frustrated on the phone. She was still very professional! Big thank you to Sarah in the prior authorization dept. She went above and beyond to help me .. Thank you all so much, I appreciate you!"
"WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT Arrogant and cocky doctor that was essentially belittling the reason and concern for my appointment. In addition, totally misread the MRI."
"When I was first seen by Dr. Gammon and Dr karle for my surgery I was very happy with them. But yesterday when I seen doctor Hopkins to get the cast off was not to impressed when she laughed at me for almost passing out because,of how much pain my arm/wrist were in. Will not go see her or request anyone to see her because I find that very unprofessional!!"
