"Very awful people, nice building."
"The staff on the ground were engaged and our kids liked them and became attached to some of them. The management is inconsistent and spiteful. They also do not honor the contract. I attached some of the frustrating email exchanges below. In the fall, one of our children developed a runny nose. We kept her out and got a couple COVID tests. Her doctor said she was not ill and may have a persistent runny nose for some time. She was sent home again for a runny nose and we spoke with the director. The director had a meeting with her management (lets call her Monique) and explained that our daughter was not ill and that we had provided negative COVID tests. Monique sent her home again with a supposed fever of 100.4 (we could not reproduce this "fever"). We had to keep her out another 24 hours. At this point, we were averaging 2 days out of 5 for the past two months. We were paying $2500 a month because we have twins. We dropped her off the next week and Monique sent her home in the middle of the day because she had a runny nose. My wife was crying, my daughter was crying, and we were at the end of our patience. I explained that this was ridiculous and seemed retaliatory. After that conversation, the management said they had "concerns" and our children would not be allowed back until they had a meeting. They were going to have that meeting 6 days later! We left after that and they kept our money. I was tempted to go to small claims court but not worth the time and money. The 2 stars is for the staff on the ground. I would give management negative stars if I could."
"We absolutely love OCPCC!"
"The staff team has been incredibly supportive, professional, and friendly to work with!"
