"Doctors are good and very kind, but the health portal is 1990s bad. If you want to get a prescription or chat with your doctor quickly you have to have not only your username and password, but must answer several questions and also an activation code if you change your password which 90% of the time doesn't get emailed or texted to you so you end up having to call the office anyway. What's the point? Where's the efficiency of having a portal that requires so much information just to get in? If you have a portal streamline it. Username and password should be enough (it's a small town, highly doubt it requires more information beyond that). They need an IT person to redo it. They also still use Fax machines. Very 1999. :P"

"I find the doctors to be wonderful but the front end and billing is Atrocious to say the least they want to discuss your bill right there in line in front of everyone highly unprofessional rude I do go there but only because I find the doctors to be good but if you look at it as a whole very poor"
