"Our taxes were done incorrectly, even asking them to double check as we never had to owe. We had to pay over $600 when were actually due money back. Steve had to file an amendment which he told he did at no cost. Well it was his mistake so he sould have done it at no cost!! The correction took over 16 weeks to process after he told us we needed to call and follow up. Paid $300 dollars for this service and asked for a refund since he wasnt doing the work and making sure our refund was processed, no response. Bad business, dont use them! We were very clear that we had three states to file to as we moved here from CT last year, worked in Mass & RI. Blantant lie. I was told he was behind because he was having shoulder surgery & file for an extension by one of his staff Rob. I have proof in an email. Untrustworthy."
