"Diane Rhode filed a extension with the IRS for my tax return because she could not finish it on time. She gave no excuse or apology and as a result of her incompetence, there are penalties now due for filing and paying quarterly late. Diane would not return calls or offer explanations."
"My taxes were completed late and erroneously because Ms. Rohde forgot about me and would not return calls or emails when I tried to get an update after several months of hearing nothing from her. She would not communicate with me when I brought up my concerns that the tax returns she prepared were not what I had asked for. I try to support local businesses as much as possible and don't write many reviews but my experience with Ms. Rohde was so unprofessional and disappointing that I feel compelled to share my experience."
