"They don't take good care of the apartments, and if they do fix something, it's done lazily, no quality work put into it, if you're gonna have function, give it some style too, it'll pull people in more and actually have quality living. People pay so much more money here for low quality housing, it's not the worst, but it definitely can be much better if they had not been so lazy and unattending to those properties in need of care. Put some effort, some quality work and make it look and function good as well, make the property and it's landscape actually worth buying. Give modern features to stay up to date with the most of our country. Im still thankful for being provided with shelter, but they need to make it feel worth buying and living in."
"This place has been wonderful to me for the past 13 years. They own the property where I live and whether it be questions or if I'm having trouble getting the rent money they have helped me and are very nice about it. They're always willing to help out any way they can and they're very understanding. Every time I come in to their actual office the receptionist is always bright and cheery and will do anything possible to be able to help me with whatever I need that day. I definitely recommend them to anyone that I know looking for a place to live!"
