Tru by Hilton Concord 406 South Main Street, Concord, NH 03301

"The hotel itself is in a wonderful location and has great access to both the highways and local food stops. The staff is friendly and the rooms are great. The only thing that I find could be a little bit better is if the beds weren't as worn. I found myself sinking into the bed on one side and then floating on the other side. The showers had great water pressure which is rare especially in today's day and age. Each room had blackout curtains which I wish did a little bit more to black out but I'll accept it Rooms are very basic which in my opinion is the way it should be. TV selection is good, and internet as fast EV charging on prem is great as well I do wish however the staff would enforce parking for EV onlys as the first night that I was there spot was taken up by a Dodge Durango that did not in fact have any EV capabilities. Other than that great place and I will be returning."

"Not our first time staying at Concord Tru Hilton. Tru is always our go to hotel when staying in the area. The hotel is immaculate, family friendly, great location, and has everything we need. Best of all the staff are very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Thanks you for everything and making Tru Concord a family place for gatherings."

"Recommend staying here: Yes Worth the price. Kind staff, room heat/AC difficult to achieve comfort. As with most Tru hotels there was no microwave in the room but you could wait in line in the lobby area and use the microwave there."

"I was in the area for my graduation and the room was clean and spacious. It didn't have dirty carpet or old furniture. There were open shelves and racks which may not be for everybody, but it made the room seem cleaner. The complementary breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and polite. I really enjoyed the stay."

"Cons- rooms were nice enough but underwhelming for $250/nt (!), more like an upgraded Motel 6 than what I expected from the Hilton. Shower did not work properly, could not set temperature separately from pressure, so you end up showering with very low pressure in order to not scald. Coffee (in the lobby only) not good and they only offer the chemical coffee mate creamer and pasteurized half and half, nothing nicer. No coffee in the room. I saw the manager’s response on another review that the rooms of a Tru are intentionally minimalist to get people out of the room to socialize in central areas. I’m not sure who wants to socialize with strangers at hotels, one benefit of a hotel is to have a quiet time to yourself in a nice, preferably equipped room, especially at a luxury hotel price. It’s not exactly a bed-and-breakfast. Could not adjust room curtains, they were on a remote control that I couldn’t find. Took awhile to get checked in. Pros- right next to a good restaurant open late, that was really nice. I came back from a business meeting at 9 PM and was able to walk over, get a good meal, and walk back. Beds quite comfortable, better than most hotel rooms. Room and hotel very clean. Nice toiletry products. Front desk clerk friendly enough. All in all I didn’t realize what the Tru brand was and that it’s not a normal nice Hilton, it’s more of a Motel 6. Would not stay at a Tru again."
