Alton Woods is a unique and fulfilling community located at 241 Loudon Road in Concord, New Hampshire. Our furnished 1 bedroom units are available starting in April. Situated on 41 wooded acres on the "Heights" of Concord, our community offers a variety of social programs for residents of all ages and interests. Conveniently located near downtown Concord and the Steeplegate Mall, Alton Woods is easily accessible from state highways, making commutes to Manchester and Laconia a breeze. Additionally, we are within a convenient distance to the Mountains and Seacoasts.

Our carefully designed units are private, spacious, and energy efficient, surrounded by beautifully landscaped, tree-shaded grounds. Residents can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, game field, and car wash. For those looking for fully furnished accommodations, our deluxe 1 and 2 bedroom executive apartment "suites" come complete with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, and everything else needed to make it feel like home.

After a long day, residents can unwind in the Clubhouse fitness center, relax in the sauna, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or enjoy a game of tennis on the outdoor courts. Lease terms for unfurnished suites are one year, while fully furnished suites are available for weekly and short-term leases. A $500 damage deposit is required on all leases, with a 2-week minimum stay required. Pets and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
