"Well-run, clean senior housing. Friendly residents, welcoming lobby, calendar of activities designed to bring residents together into community. Communal dining, attractively decorated, with refrigerator filled with leftovers from Thanksgiving for residents to take to their apartments. Inexpensive bus rides to local shops and medical facilities. Parking lot and walkways shoveled free of snow, and sanded / salted."
