This is evident in the type of instruction they provide during the class. It’s not uncommon for a coach and/or owner to walk into the gym, see a large class, and jump in to help. Every single coach helped me come back after having a baby in a way that was safe and effective. Not only is the coaching staff great but the facility and programming is fabulous as well. Whether you are a competitor or working out just to stay in shape, there is a place for you here. Combine all of this with friendly people and cold brew on tap and you have a perfect gym.
