"Horrible experience with Arlie Vandenbroek. A home listed Friday, I reached out, got a response Saturday, I asked to see the home and was put off. I continued reaching out and finally on Sunday she responded she was expecting other offers without even letting us see the home. She is not looking out for her sellers and she is certainly not an agent worth the time to speak with for any buyer. I saw poor ratings on her once I started looking and now I know why. I finally found a home which hit all the marks for me and she removed any chance at it. Wish I could report her to the boards."
