"I got the sampler and extra bacon . So far we have had the cheddar sausages, the kielbasa stlye sausages and tonight I'm making the smoked 1/2 ham. So far everything has been so wonderful. I'm a smoke meat person and this is excellent. Very happy."

"I ordered a batch of your bacon and am enjoying it greatly. My wife likes her bacon very crispy, the way she had it growing up. I dutifully cooked a very crispy batch for Egga-muffins. She remarked that the bacon was good but no different than other bacon. I had to agree with her: all overcooked bacon pretty much is the same — overcooked. Today I made breakfast tacos and cooked the bacon how I like it (which is to say, cooked properly :), knowing that it being hidden inside the tortilla she would not be able to see it was not cooked super-crispy, It was fabulous.
