"This place is amazing for repairs! They also perform orthotic services, sell specialty shoes (and others-think Birks), make straps and specialty pieces as well. I also saw some beautiful leather custom handbags, too. Since they are only open M-F (due to staffing issues-like many these days), their email communication was wonderful! I was able to snap a pic (purse repair-pull tag), of which they assessed my repair, gave me a price and time frame. Since my repair was not too time consuming (to me anyway), it was able to be turned around in a day. They contacted me when my repair was ready, too. Super nice folks and wonderful work. Highly recommended! 1/15/2024 - AND yet another wonderful experience! Had 3 small SLGS (small leather goods) and Tom did another AMAZING job with what was needed! Won't go anywhere else (only wish they had Saturday hours, but understand) to have my leather goods repaired. Support Local!"

"There is nothing better that you can do for your feet than have a Certified Pedorthist and Master Boot fitter get you into to a pair of shoes. Not only did the long standing problems get corrected but I learn about taking care of my feet. I am a farmer and have been a construction worker walking miles of work steps everyday on uneven and challenging terrain. Now I have less pain at the end of the day and better balance."

"They did a great job on my Duck Boots. The leather separated from the rubber sole after a year of use, and LL Bean couldn't even promise a 3mo turn around or that I'd get the boots back. Am I bitter? Maybe. Did Lenoci's fix my boots in 5 days, and for a more than fair price? Holy cow, yeah!!"

"As a 44 year old man with cerebral palsy I never had truly comfortable footwear. I spent half my life with just eakin by with mediocre shoes, either bought at a department store or online. That all ended today. For the first time I have shoes custom made for me and my feets special needs. Carol took a lot of care and time making sure my feet and walking was at the best comfort level. Furthermore, they conscientiously working, not only with me, but my budget aswell So even if you dont have an orthopedic issue and just want a comfortable footwear experience. You know something better than an off the shelf sho from a department store that the person that sold them to you just also spent as much time helping someone before you buy a spatula.
