"I read that this was the best place locally for quality furniture. needed delivery for a sofa I had my eye on. I was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. On top of forgetting to charge delivery fee, and then threatening not to deliver until they collect it, they lied and my furniture was delivered a week later. They only deliver in our direction one day a week. My sofa was eventually delivered with care, but the sales people were unprofessional (a different sales person ate pizza in front of us) and dishonest. Never received a discount or any compensation for their errors."
"My girlfriend and I ordered a sectional. The wrote on the receipt 2 weeks. It's been a month and a half. We finally got a delivery date and a time frame of 11-1pm. No show. I called an hour ago and they say the should be here. I wait another hour and no show. They simply cannot tell the truth. We will never use there business again. When you confront them, they have an oh well attitude. No apology or care. Horrible customer service."
"I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly. I realize that furniture is difficult to find, but I did not need the snarky salesperson (Damion) speaking to me such as he did when inquiring when a delivery would be made. I asked for 2 weeks in a row. Every response was -I am emailing the delivery department now-maybe Thursday, when we are in your area! I had paid in full- over $3000, and still 2 weeks later, no date had been set. I was told that I could cancel, since they couldn't set a date, after two weeks of waiting. It did not even have to be ordered, it was right on the showroom floor. I finally decided to cancel and called. I had to leave a message on a machine, for no salesperson answered the store number. I was immediately called back by a rude salesperson (Ashley) and told I couldn't cancel, I could only get a store credit. Ashley told me "Good Luck with that" When asking for a refund on merchandise not delivered. I was not allowed to speak to a manager, or even have the owner's name, to speak about this issue. Ashley Furniture will not have my business again......Livingston's Furniture in Queensbury, NY will always have my business."

We purchased the best mattress we've ever owned here and look forward to getting our new living room furniture and dining room table from them, too! "This is a fraud place. Hi Team, I am not rude or I am not disrespectful, I am going to just state that facts and honest truth about your scam in the name selling products. I know you guys very busy scamming other customers and can't reply or solve the concerned and problems you guys created. I purchased in March the products for $2197, agreed for the worst wait for 8 weeks, after 8 weeks you said it's in a ship somewhere in the ocean on the way to dock. Whatever the reason just a frustrating experience shopping with you. And finally, you delivered on the 28th of June ( delivery charge $100 extra), which is nearly double the delay and forgive and moved on. I spent more than half a day to unpack and assemble and finding out its broken table and some parts look used, probably this a refurbished item. Sent you every detail with photos taken via email and in your facebook message. No response. Reached via phone give in online the line never reaches. And found a different contact number from my invoice paid and sales representative attended and said: "Customer Service team will handle these issue and will fix this for you, and they will work only on weekdays.". Again contacted weekday, in the phone line it gives you 3 options in IVR, even if you select Customer service it will go to the same person and again she said customer service is very busy they will contact you when they got time."
