"Spruce Peak Spa Stowe, Vermont August 27, 2023 80 minute Swedish massage Practitioner - Shirley “The Shirley Effect” Extremely excellent quality massage by the professional therapist. Shirley is gifted at centering the body, mind, and spirit. My hip area carries stress. Shirley was able to release the physical tension in my psoas—such a useful technique. Release of physical and mental pressure was so successful my sleep pattern even shifted! The pressure was comfortable throughout the 80 minutes as was the scent of the oil. My limbic system can be easily triggered if fragrance is too strong-the massage oil was a woody herbal mixture that was just perfect. Truly a gifted, once in a generation wellness worker. Highly recommend seeing Shirley every season."

"Such an elevated spa experience! I like to get my nails done here and had my first massage recently. With your treatment you get access to their amazing spa room, which includes dry and steam saunas, indoor and outdoor hot tub, pool, and the amazing rainfall shower with salt scrub (my favorite). There is also a relaxing lounge area to take a little break and enjoy some tea. The utilities are kept super clean and nice and I want to go there every day **Edited to add that Maria is so amazing… Every time she picks up when I call she always brightens my day. Such good energy!**"

"I wish I could give this place 6 stars. The location is of course Majestic. Feels like you're in the Swiss Alps. Beautiful entrance great service. This spot experience was outstanding. We got a couple's massage and it was like none I have had in a long time period appreciated the nice stone hot tub that was in our room for massage between our salt scrub and actual regular massage.Beautiful bathrooms with exclusive amenities. The outdoor pool itself could have been warmer. We ended up getting into the small hot tub to the side. It was a beautiful day to go because it was snowing. Enjoyed seeing all the families there didn't get to skate. Nice bar and restaurant. And it was a great touch to have the hot Cocoa bar in the main area. Would definitely return and can't wait to do so."

"Such a beautiful, and relaxing spa. We had a wonderful, soothing experience here and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice low key spa day. We started off our day in the indoor hot tub, then the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The outdoor pools have the most beautiful views I have ever seen, such a magical experience!!!!! After this we went and got a few bites to eat at the Spa Sanctuary, then we went into the steam room, and the sauna. Once I got to experience all of the spa amenities it was time for my Swedish massage. The massage was one of the best massages I have ever had in my opinion!! Definitely check this place out if you are staying at spruce peak resort, or visiting Stowe!!!"
