"Cassandra’s circuit training class allows for a variety of fitness levels all within the same class. While I used just 4 lb weights, the woman next to me used 30 lb weights. Cassie also provides modifications so that all can participate. I can continue to push my limits in a safe and positive environment. I also love her choice of music. Very fun and challenging class!"
