"Nice local ice arena locally operated by a non-profit organization with lots of opportunities for youngsters to learn to skate and play hockey"
"Nice arena! My first time playing here..."
"Hard to get to from our home base. But is nice."
"From the cocoa to the game to the crowd going wild with me, it was a fantastic night of hockey, at the Notre Dame Ice Arena. While nice and chill in the rink area, the warming space had clear views of the ice so people wouldn't miss anything. Everyone here, from staff to other patrons, was friendly, happy to be present and excited. It felt good being welcomed in as a new neighbor to the area. I am definitely heading back for the rest of the tournament! It was fantastic! And what a great first game ever of seeing hockey played. I could not get enough! Everything is easy to find here, from restrooms to shopping to food and beverage. The only thing I will say is be prepared to look off property for parking during the Chabot Cup. People literally fly in for this event and I see why, so the parking is totally filled and overflowing."
"I would like to give this place a good review, as the prices were very decent and the set up was nice, with a snack bar and they kept the ice smooth. But, the place was a crazy zoo of badly behaved kids, which ruined the whole experience of having fun. Yes, kids go there, yes kids like to have fun and I see no wrong in that, but these kids, and there was just too many of them, were so out of control and rude and you just couldn't even skate without being cut off, crashed into, and just being plain rude. These kids parents were either not watching them or just didn't care. Disappointing. My kids and I could not enjoy ourselves and will not be coming back. It's too bad, because it could be a nice place to go for a skate but it's the people that were there that ruined it."
