"So, I've been here a few times in the past couple years. The md's are great. Fantastic at what they do, great personality. But jeez, each nurse that takes me doesn't look me in the eyes, doesn't say one thing, and ignores everything I say. Not friendly at all."
"I have been in a lot of pain without relief available. The Pain Clinic there did a procedure on my knee, which has dramatically improved my pain level. Froze the nerves and hoping to get 7 to 10 months relief! So far so good!!! Top quality Doctors!"
"I saw Julie Erickson for 5mins. She looked me up and down with dirty looks all jealous and then told me I didn't look like I am in any pain so she refused to treat me. I was crying in pain. She is not even a real doctor. They only have nurse practitioners working here. I am grateful however, because I called up the original more experienced female doctor that specializes in pain after this happened, and she quickly scheduled me for the next day. I will need to go elsewhere. These nurse practitioners need to really stop pretending like they know it all. They don't. Julie referenced an online article she read as fact. I told her that's only her opinion. The real facts are when you actually see the results. Julie needs to better educate herself on pain management. Other women who are doctors gave me the most up-to-date and accurate information on what I personally needed. No drama or jealousy."
"Sadly Christmas night me and my step children were brought to the ER due to a drunk driver hitting us, I walked in with them because they’re children and because I was also involved in this accident, the nurse and the doctors at the ER that night were AWFUL I was treated as if I was the drunk guy that hit us, I was sitting with the kids waiting for my husband and there mother, and a nurse had the nerve to say “who are you? You can’t be back here you need to wait outside” again I was in this car crash to, not ever a simple “mama are you sure you’re feeling alright?” Or any level of compassion for going through something like that ON CHRISTMAS NIGHT WITH CHILDREN! They made me walk to check in to be seen, and even the woman working the desk that night was so rude, I can’t believe stuff treated a situation like that. I could hear the nurses gossiping about the whole situation, while I was waiting alone and scared in a room after being hit by a drunk driver because due to Covid at the time they weren’t letting anyone come in with you so I couldn’t even see my husband. I hope no one ever has to go through that, shame on this hospital, and shame on the staff that night. I REFUSE to be seen here"
"Nice clean place, the ER secretary woman was very helpful and we got seen fast, had a pulled shoulder but without MRI they couldn't confirm anything. We didn't want any medication and I think that threw them off. They didn't offer a sling for the shoulder pain and we had good insurance which confused us they didn't even offer a simple sling for the arm. Lovely looking hospital and people/doctor/nurses are pleasant. Thank you secretary/nurse lady for helping"
