Reviews
"Top quality equipment and customer support with fast service turn around time! Three things that are increasingly harder to find these days, especially all together, in the ski shop and bike industry. Would highly recommend for those in the Burlington area who want to avoid the slower turn around times of stores without sacrificing any quality."
"A+ bike shop. Owner is super nice, trustworthy, and really knows his mechanics. Highly recommend. Eric"
"Friendly, helpful, community-centric bike shop with excellent service and repairs. On several occasions they’ve quickly repaired my kiddo’s bike to get us back on the road within minutes! Thanks!"
"We just had the best experience with Chris over at Cool Motion. He was incredibly nice and got my son’s buddy up and rolling after a broken chain cut our after school pump track outing short. All it took was a quick “bike shop” google search and I went from having two bummed out little boys to two psyched and smiling buddies who now think bike shops are “so awesome” and are so excited to go home and put their new Cool Motion Outdoor Sports stickers on their water bottles. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for all our future bike needs and repairs!"
"Stopped here during a bike tour to have a little tune up and the team there was really quick and helpful to fix a spoke for pretty cheap. At the same time, they charged me $100 for a $60-$70 shimano 105 derailleur (just the part, no labor) which put a sour taste in my mouth… Buying local or not, seems a bit steep."
