"The staff is quite slow and it seems that they do not understand what equipment will suit you. Overall the staff is polite and quite patient. A friend rented a snowboard and bindings. They gave her child-sized braces. Plus the radius was set incorrectly. She barely made it down the mountain the first time. I had to rearrange the degree of fastenings in the middle of the slope. Opening her left leg and covering her right one so that she could somehow get down. She changed the fastenings twice. I’ve been skiing for a long time, using different rental equipment, so there were no problems with installation. Although on my board the mounts are a little wider and at a different angle. Having previous experience on another mountain, I immediately asked to treat the board with wax. Because rental equipment is not handled as well. Thus, you avoid cases when part of the wax has come off the board and it wants to go backwards, in this case you put in more effort and expend more energy, and you get tired twice as fast. They also don't sharpen edges. And it is completely unsafe to drive on ice. NOTE FOR BEGINNERS: When you first get on a snowboard, you need to change the degrees and, having achieved maximum comfort, remember the position of the bindings. This will help you avoid rental collapse in the future. Take photos of the fastenings before delivery. And save this photo in your favorites. And skiers should remember what equipment you took. Model of skis, boots and their size. It is extremely important to know the size of equipment."

"I wasn’t able to rent from them, but not for lack of trying! The staff was so helpful and kind! I just have large calf’s, haha. The overall experience was great and would recommend anyone to rent from them especially as they are located right there at the base of the mountain! Highly recommend"
