"Had a great experience with Jeff Sr. as we worked out the details for a grave marker. Naturally, we didn't know what we wanted, how to ask for it, or what was "appropriate". Jeff patiently showed us different sizes and styles and gave us the time and space to decide what was right for us. He politely counseled us on the lettering and how to make it fit and look good, and when the time came to buy, he explained the options in a professional manner. Best of all, he delivered the marker when he said he would, and did a perfect job of setting it at the grave site.
