"Let me start by saying leading up to this appointment I was so very nervous. 2 weeks before travel I realized I lost my passport. They had availability right away but you do have to meet the within 14 day travel requirement. I arrived 15 minutes before on a Thursday it was not busy at all. Maybe 4 other people at the time of my appointment and it is an easy process once you gather all the required information/documents requested before hand. Process was so smooth and easy about 20-30 minutes and I was in and out. my appointment I scheduled was 13 days before travel and I was able to receive my passport same day after 3. You may be given the option to wait or it be shipped so If you are driving from out of state you definitely have to find something to keep you busy between the time of your appointment and 3 which was 6 hours for me. I drove to the nearest mall which was about 30 minutes to past time. They have quite a few stores. Overall I had a good experience and god bless all the workers in there. They were so kind and understanding starting with security very helpful as I came with my 2 small children. Thank you Edna so much!!"

"So so so helpful!! I didn’t have an appointment and needed a new passport book ASAP. I called the number on the door (passport agency for the United States), and the lady on the phone said to call back later. I was leaving when they came out and asked what I needed and said they could get me in sooner. We discussed my situation and got an appointment for this week! Very kind, funny, and accommodating!"

"Getting an appointment is hard. But once you have one and you arrive here, the people are simply amazing. So kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. As of writing, the appointments are in the morning and if everything goes right you pickup your passport at 3pm. I did this in one day, got my passport and drove right to Canada."

"They cannot do anything for me. So I called the department they only have one person work on my case and I asked for another person to help me. They said they cannot do it so I asked her you only have one person working in Office and that person say yes. Wow that’s crazy. The big office like this only have one person work. Every time when I asked for that person, her name is Sam and a person who works in an office saying she left early and I I’ll call every day. I say a state office employee could go home early every day that’s my questions. I’m not friendly at all Employee have attitude problems. If I can grade it on a star, I would put zero star."
