"Very professional bike shop with a large variety of services and accessories. Got my mountain bike tuned and running properly again after I tried doing some shabby home bike mechanic work. They cleaned it up and set up my cockpit properly and I feel much safer riding now! Support your local bike shop!"
"Have been looking for a bike lock and presta valve tool, so when I rolled by this store I went in. There's a step, but i eas able to hop it in my wheelchair. Inside, there is a narrow aisle between lots of bike, which leads to back of store where i could see lots of bike accessories hung on walls. A guy and an employee were blocking the way, as the employee explained the features of an ebike. I waited patiently, close and in clear sight of both, but the employee never acknowledged me or made any attempt to let me get past them, even though there were pauses in their conversation that would have easily allowed for this. Finally, I turned around and left, and even then, no one offered any help. Maybe this is a good shop if you're the only one there, but my experience was bad. Lucky for me, there are lots of other stores selling what I need."
"Thank you Josh for fixing the flat tire & saving my ride on 9/12! I was in & out very quickly & able to enjoy a ride on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Thanks again!"
"Very kind shop owner (Josh), he screened the bike before passing it to me and checked the right height. He also offered me the opportunity to get a helmet, too. The brand of the band was Kona. It was very comfortable. One star missing bc he might have adjusted the levers properly to the seat height and adjust the bell. I only noticed when we rode."
"Excellent shop! Firstly, I'm extremely happy that we now have a bike shop in St A. It's nice to have some place so close to grab a spare tube, or pick up some gear. Josh is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in a few times to ask a lot of questions about bikes, bike bags, bike maintenance...etc. and Josh explains things clearly and in a helpful way. I went to the free maintenance workshop at the shop and it was very insightful! I'm hoping for more events like this in the future. Most recently I was in to pick up a mountain bike after going back and forth on what I wanted/needed for a few months. There were two sizes of the model I was interested in that I could potentially fit and after a quick test ride on both they got me set up and on my way. Every experience in the shop has been great and I will continue to be in regularly and recommend this shop to my friends."
