"Good place, good selection of products, nice staff. Now... with all that being said DO NOT BUY HAY RIGHT NOW (written mid January 2024)! It's 10(!!!!) dollars a bale and is absolute garbage quality, looks like someone baled the sweepings from the bottom of a hay barn, full of dust and all extremely short pieces, even for first cut. My sheep and rabbits will only pick at it so I'm having to supplement with hay stretcher. I only bought it due to a massive shortage in the area within 50 miles of my house. I assume whoever baled this was trying to benefit from the shortage and desperation of folks right now who can't use large round bales, and I really hope Walker's doesn't do business with them again without quality testing. Photos for comparison added, right is Walker's hay from my recent purchase and left is from them a few weeks ago before they got this batch in. The better quality stuff was also 8 a bale so I am dumbfounded how anyone thought this was ok. Price gouging sucks."
